How to install your cabinet mat if your cabinet has plumbing
Watch Our Tutorial - Click Here To measure and cut the Under Sink Cabinet Mat, start by measuring from the right and left sides of the cabinet to the center of the pipe, then measure from the front edge of the trim. Mark the pipe center on the mat from the top edge and adjust for accuracy by finding the midpoint if marks differ. Finally, drill a hole slightly larger than the pipe diameter at the marked center point with the mat’s front edge bent up at 90 degrees.

How to trim the edge of your mat for a tight fit
Watch Our Tutorial - Click Here To trim an Xtreme Mats Under Sink Cabinet Mat for a tight fit, use a strong pair of scissors or a razor to carefully cut off the 1/4-inch edges. You can remove up to 1/2 inch from the width or depth to achieve the desired fit. Note that any modifications will not be covered by the warranty.
How to install your mat if you have a corner cabinet
If you have a corner sink base cabinet in your kitchen or bathroom, please see the diagrams below. Some corner cabinets make a 90 degree angle in the back and some are clipped; both options are shown. The best way to protect your corner sink base cabinet would be using one of the 2 options shown below. Xtreme Mats offers two cabinet mats depths. Our kitchen depth is 22 1/4" and vanity depth is 19 1/4" at their max expansion. Both kitchen and bathroom depth mats can be used in either orientation. You will need to take a look at all sizes of mats we offer and see what configuration would work best for you to protect against a plumbing leak from your valves, p-trap, garbage disposal or reverse osmosis filters.
What's covered in the lifetime warranty?
This warranty covers against normal wear and tear and guarantees that the product will not break, tear, or deform under normal usage. Owner must provide proof of purchase if purchased from a retailer, other than Xtreme Mats.
