How do I install the water sensor?

Just place it in the designated location on the mat or anywhere leaks can happen and forget it. If water is present in the area underneath the sensor it will trigger a 110 dB alarm.
How long does the battery last and do I need to replace it?
NO BATTERIES REQUIRED- The water sensor has a custom battery that lasts up to 2 years.
How do I check the battery?
TEST your water sensor semi-annually to check battery level. Place a damp paper towel across the two prongs on the bottom which will trigger the alarm. If the alarm does not go off or is getting weaker, replace soon.
