Cabinet Mat Warranty

Thank you for purchasing an Xtreme Mat!  Your purchase included a either a limited lifetime warranty or one year warranty against manufacturing defects, depending on the product you purchased.  This warranty covers against normal wear and tear and guarantees that the product will not break, tear, or deform under normal usage.

Owner must provide proof of purchase if purchased from a retailer, other than Xtreme Mats. For all Warranty claims please contact XTREME MATS, LLC. at (407) 392-0950 or send us an email at customerservice@xtrememats.com. Please retain your original receipt or invoice. If the warranty is approved, a full replacement will be provided. Shipping is not included.

Golf Cart Mat Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty – Floor Mats (Rubber/Latex Blend)

This 1-Year Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) is provided by Xtreme Golf Cart Mats, LLC to the original retail purchaser of Xtreme Mats rubber/latex blend floor mats (the “Product”).

1. Warranty Coverage

Xtreme Mats warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

If a valid claim is submitted during the Warranty Period and we confirm a manufacturing defect, Xtreme Mats will, at its option:

Replace the Product with the same model, at no charge to you.
Replacement or repair of the Product does not extend or restart the original Warranty Period.

2. Who Is Covered

This Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

3. What Is Not Covered

This Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage, failure, or wear caused by or resulting from, including but not limited to:

- Normal wear and tear, including surface scuffs, scratches, fading, or cosmetic changes.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Use of the Product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions beyond what is reasonably expected for golf cart floor mats.
- Modifications, alterations
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or impact (including but not limited to shifting cargo or tools).
- Use with non-compatible vehicles or in vehicles where the mats interfere with pedal operation or safety equipment.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not affect performance are not considered defects.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Xtreme Mats’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy under this Warranty is limited to replacement of the Product as described above.

Xtreme Mats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or damage to any vehicle or property.

We may require you to return the Product for inspection. If return is required, shipping instructions will be provided. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

SMARTLINER guarantees this warranty to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable. This Warranty Guarantees that the product will not break, tear or deform under normal usage during the life of the original vehicle of installation. 

Warranty is provided for all SMARTLINER floor mat and cargo liner products that break or tear due to manufacturer defects. Intentional damage, mold caused by wet carpet, or damage caused by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the mat, or the mat being damaged while not installed in the vehicle does not qualify for Warranty consideration. 

For all Warranty claims please contact customerservice@smartliner-usa.com. Please provide as much information, images, videos, etc. as needed. Please retain your original receipt or invoice. If the Warranty is approved, a full replacement will be provided.
