After years in property flipping, CEO Brandon Burkey saw how water damage and cabinet wear were hurting value and efficiency. He created a simple, cost-effective solution to protect investments, leading to the development of other products like Golf Cart Mats, all designed to provide peace of mind.
2013
My Idea Became Reality
We kicked things off with our original Under Sink Cabinet Mat, designed to fit standard 36" wide kitchen base cabinets in classic beige and grey. Not long after, we rolled out a mat for 30" wide vanity cabinets in the same colors. Fast forward to the end of 2023, and we've expanded to 15 sizes in 2 stylish shades—with even more sizes on the way, because protecting your cabinets never goes out of style!
2019
Launching the First Full-Coverage Golf Cart Mats
Xtreme Mats took the leap and launched the first full-coverage aftermarket golf cart mats to protect OEM flooring. Our mission? To design a floor liner that's as stylish as it is tough, keeping up with the sleek, designer upgrades taking over the golf cart scene. Because your golf cart deserves protection that doesn't compromise on style!

Moved into Our Own 33,000+ Sq. Ft. Warehouse
We leveled up and moved into our very own 33,000+ sq. ft. warehouse. We created a dedicated area for research and product development. We more than doubled our packing and shipping area for our Golf Cart Mats and Under Sink Cabinet Mats because top-notch protection deserves a top-notch home!

Product Development Standards
Delivering top-notch products requires precision and top-tier talent. Our team of industrial designers, toolmakers, and manufacturing experts leverage cutting-edge Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. This process begins with scanning golf carts to capture all grooves and configurations. Next, we convert this data into CAD files to create a prototype. After the template is cut, we make any necessary modifications before creating the final mold. Once that's done, production begins, ensuring you receive the best quality product on the market!
